Boreal STEM Tutoring was founded by Emily Dennis after years of working with students who were capable of succeeding in STEM but lacked the individualized support needed to build confidence in challenging subjects. Through experience in both education, teaching, and advanced scientific research, Emily recognized that many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they have never been taught in a way that matches how they learn.
With a background spanning elementary and high school classroom support, private tutoring, and graduate-level scientific research, she created Boreal STEM to provide a more personalized and academically rigorous approach to STEM education. Over the years, Emily has worked with students ranging from elementary school through university, helping them build confidence, improve academic performance, and develop lasting STEM skills.
